A free online course about autism, without the stereotypes, blame, or outdated advice.

Autism, Actually. is a free weekly online course created for parents, carers, educators, and anyone wanting to truly understand autism in real life.

This course isn’t about fixing autistic people.
It’s about understanding autism as a neurotype, recognising unmet needs, and learning practical ways to support autistic children and adults  including yourself.

  • 35–45 minutes per session

  • Camera optional, chat-friendly
