About The NeuroNest Community Hub

The NeuroNest is a calm, welcoming community space designed for neurodivergent parents/carers and parents/carers of neurodivergent children.

We offer a low-pressure environment where families can feel understood, supported and able to just be — without judgement.


🗓️ Our Weekly Sessions

💛 Friday Day Sessions (11:00am – 1:00pm)

A relaxed parent drop-in with a stay-and-play environment for children.
Open to:

  • Neurodivergent children (diagnosed or on the pathway)
  • Neurodivergent adults attending with their children

These sessions include themed activity stations, sensory play, and space for parents/carers to connect or simply take a moment.


🌙 Tuesday Evening Sessions (Fortnightly, 6:00pm – 8:00pm)

  • Neurodivergent adult-only sessions
  • Parent/carer drop-in sessions

A chance to talk, connect, unwind and feel understood in a supportive space.


👨‍👩‍👧 Tuesday After School Sessions (Fortnightly, 5:30pm – 7:30pm)

Family sessions for school-aged children (recommended age 5+), with parents/carers.

These sessions follow the same calm, low-demand approach, with:

  • activity stations
  • sensory space
  • simple food options
  • opportunities for connection

We also host additional events during school holidays and throughout the year.
