Adult kits are written directly to the neurodivergent adult.
Supporter Guides are intentionally kept separate to protect dignity, autonomy, and consent.
They are companions — not replacements.
Anxiety is often misunderstood as overthinking, avoidance, or something that should be challenged.
These guides exist to say:
anxiety is a nervous system response — and support should reflect that.
Understanding changes how support is offered.
And how support is offered changes how safe anxiety feels.
