Anxiety doesn’t need to be challenged, fixed, or pushed through to be supported.
The Gentle Support for Anxiety kits are designed for moments when anxiety is already present — when your nervous system feels alert, tense, overwhelmed, or unsafe, and traditional advice only adds more pressure.
These resources offer low-demand, nervous-system-safe support that respects autonomy, capacity, and lived experience.
They are available in separate ADHD and Autism editions, written from different nervous system perspectives — not blended, generalised, or interchangeable.
These kits are:

Gentle Support offers ways to reduce harm when it’s active.
Nothing is required.
Nothing is timed.
Nothing has to work every time.
These kits are written for adults themselves.
If you are supporting a neurodivergent adult, separate Supporter Guides are available in our Parents & Supporters section, written specifically for that role.
Many neurodivergent adults are told to calm down, challenge their thoughts, or push through anxiety.
These kits exist to offer something different:
support that does not become another demand.
Anxiety is not a failure.
Support does not need to be forceful.
